A classic in DubC, Yori's is consistently our go to for special occasions cakes and goodies. Love stopping in here for a cookie or sweet and cup of coffee. Easily the best bakery in West Chester. Great selection and friendly service.
Solid 4 on all baked goods. We could tell they don't use butter in their pastries, but margarine instead. The chocolate croissant had nice flavor, but there is WAY too much chocolate stuffed inside. It was basically like eating a Hershey bar inside of a small piece of bread. The fresh fruit pastry needs a softer base. It doesn't work with a harder crusted pastry and the custard flavor needs some work. The cake donuts were too dense and not buttery enough. Overall, nice flavor to the pastries, but nothing outstanding.
After following them on insta and loving what they share, stopped in today and got a key lime tart and crumb cake. Holy magical deliciousness- that crumb cake is so fresh and buttery. Absolutely fabulous. It's so hard to find good crumb cake and this is it! My daughter loved the key lime tart- said it was among the best she has had. We will be back!
We love coming to Yori's for all kinds of delectable, yummy goodness. Everything from cookies to cakes and cupcakes. Everything is baked fresh, and very flavorful. The bear claws, zeppoles, and doughnuts are also a wonderful treat. Yori's also offers monthly specials that are themed for different holidays or seasonal vibes. Cute Leprechaun designed cupcakes and green goodies around St. Patrick's Day, heart designs around Valentine's Day, etc. There is some limited seating if you'd like to sit down to enjoy your sweets and a cup of coffee. Despite being a popular destination, I find the team is always very good about keeping traffic moving. I've never found myself delayed during my visits. However, I would be sure to place any larger orders in advance or arrive early if you want to ensure you're able to acquire your favorite baked goods.
Sooooooo good!! Fresh and perfect! From the crumb cake to the assorted mini danish to the various cookies, everything tasted fresh baked and exactly as you'd expect it to. I'd frequent Yori's far too often if I lived close. Soooo Yum! 5/5 Yums!
This is the most amazing bakery. They are incredibly friendly, on the phone and in the store. They make the most beautiful cakes! My 4 year old wanted a frozen inspired cake and with little instruction from me they created the most gorgeous cake. And it was delicious, even the adults at the party were eating the cake and everyone asked where we purchased the cake. We've been going to Yori's for years and we look forward to their treats for all our holiday and birthday celebrations!
Ordered our Thanksgiving cake from here. Submitted request online, then called back few days later to confirm the order. Details are captured over the call and a confirmation is sent. Very nice and gorgeous bakery. Hundreds of items are on displays. Our cake was nicely shelved in the freezer until I came to pick it up. The cake had beautiful turkey look as I had requested. We liked the filling and strawberries inside the cake, but the frosting was overpowering with sugar. We got a chocolate cupcake and a coconut macaron as well. Cupcake was soft and tasty. But the macaron seemed stale. It was hard to chew on. Overall a very nice bakery for any and all occasions.
Their donuts and small desserts were just what I wanted on my birthday- a delicious treat!
